Latest news - We held a very successful and productive 16th Regional Meeting of the Society for the Conservation and Study of Caribbean Birds, July 19-23, 2007 in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. See the post-conference press release (click here). Visit the meeting webpage (click here) for details and to see the reports from all the workshops, working group meetings and round-table discussions. These reports will also be published in a special issue of JCO this winter. If you have some good photos from the conference please send them to Andrew and Lisa. We will put together a powerpoint show for the web.

SCSCB's new Strategic Plan 2008-2012 - The new Strategic Plan was presented at the General Business Meeting during the conference on July 21, 2007. Download a draft of the plan (click here) .Following a comment period during Fall 2007, we are making final revisions to the plan and will post the final version soon.
